Protect yourself: anchors, stops, protections - safety in the wal

A short intensive one-day course to review all the possibilities offered by nature (rock shapes, trees) and the technique to learn how to protect yourself properly in mountaineering and rock climbing (nails, cams, interlocking blocks).

The creation of safe resting points, the correct choice of connectors and anchoring devices is essential for the safety chain to which we entrust our lives.

This mini-course is also preparatory to other proposed activities: self-rescue of the rope team, multi-pitch route, first climber stage.

In order to make the best use of our time, we will use crag environments so as to have reduced movements and dedicate ourselves completely to exercises.
