On top of the Corno del Renon with a great view of the Dolomites

We start from the paid car park in Pemmern in Renon. We follow path no. 1, which leads us uphill in hairpin bends next to the ski slope to the Renon Plateau (1:30 / 2 hours from the car park). Once we reach the hut Corno di Sotto we follow the last challenging ascent that takes us to the top of the Corno del Renon and to the homonymous hut (40 minutes). From up here, we will have a breathtaking view of the Dolomites and the valley, a 360° panorama. At the alpine hut we can stop for lunch and taste South Tyrolean cuisine. We then descend along path no. 2 until we return to the hut Corno di Sotto. From here we go up for a short stretch to reach the "Cieloronda" path. On a very clear day, you can admire the 40 alpine peaks over 3000 m, which are described on a round table, where we can comfortably sit and enjoy the panorama. We continue along the path until we reach the hut Schwarzseespitze. From here we start to descend on the same path as the ascent all along the way to the car park (1 hour from the hut).
