Don't get us wrong, Fattoria Santa Vittoria is using modern-day equipment, but it's set amongst old rooms and impressive old historical equipment and not so clinical like most wineries hence the rustic and historical feel. Here you will “experience” the visit to the cellar, have lunch and enjoy a wine tasting.
