The route will initially be inside the Natural Reserve of Punta Aderci, after a stretch of Via Verde on a well-beaten ground, we will climb the promontory of Punta Aderci where we will admire the crystal clear sea, the Trabocco below together with the whole coast and the mountains of Majella and Gran Sasso. Continuing on the former railway track we will look down on the sea from above and look out over the cliffs until we reach the Sinello River which marks the boundary of the Punta Aderci Reserve. We will continue passing the Lido di Casalbordino and arriving at Le Morge in the territory of Torino di Sangro.
Here we will visit the Trabocco Punta le Morge, one of the few trabocchi that can be visited and admire the drop of the fishing net. From here, after a short climb, we will enter the wood of Lecceta along beaten paths, arriving at the Lecceta Nature Reserve visitor centre where there is an equipped area. After resting and refreshing in the shade of the wood, we will visit the thematic areas of the Reserve. We will resume our route descending towards Borgata Marina and after a short stretch along the SS 16 we will take the cycle path back towards the Punta Aderci Reserve.
