The excursion initially reaches the Vallata di Lanaitho, nestled between the mountains of the Supramonte di Oliena and Dorgali and gateway to the more inland areas, it is wild and covered with Mediterranean scrub, holm oak woods and pasture areas. The approach road offers spectacular views of the Cedrino Lake and the colonnaded basalts of the "Gullei" plateau. Once at the base of the Tiscali relief, the trek begins, which in an hour and a half walk leads to the entrance of the dolina. Inside, among the lush vegetation, a path carved out close to what remains of the ancient cave leads us to get to know and discover the remains of the archaeological settlement. After his visit, the return follows an alternative and very scenic route that allows us to return to the valley.
