Coaching to go

I'm going for a walk around the house! A lot of us like to do that when we're unwell, or when we have a problem. And lo and behold, we come back home tidier, maybe even with an idea or a solution. In the always same environment - at home, at university, at work, surrounded by familiar colleagues - we are always the same "I". Our brain is always in a similar state, the same thoughts are always buzzing through our heads.

Only when we leave our familiar surroundings does an alternative "I" hidden within us have a chance of being awakened." (Cf. Julia Franck - writer - from Brain & Mind 8/2014 p. 45)

In stressful situations it is often not possible to find a solution to a problem because body and mind are on alert. It merely sets itself up to fight, run away and play dead.
However, this is very rarely the appropriate solution. Easy movement and beautiful places in nature have a positive effect on our thoughts and emotions. The body generates "all-clear" impulses, so to speak, which signals that everything is fine. Body and mind come to rest. Relief can be achieved quite quickly, the person relaxes and is able to establish a different view of things or suddenly find a solution that was not visible before. He can find solutions in himself that were previously hidden.

Working method:
We first have an initial conversation and work out the topic in question. For the first appointment we meet in nature. A connection with nature takes place, an arrival and a breath of fresh air. We walk a path together, without any particular sporting effort.
On the way I work with metaphors, questions, stories and mental techniques that help to gain distance, to allow new thoughts and new perspectives. As a result, new ideas and room for manoeuvre arise. I give little homework that we have developed together on the way.

At the end of the coaching you will know the first steps you can take now, have a goal in mind and can take a new direction!
