We all want to make our tracks through fresh, deep powder.
In recent years, backcountry-skiing has increased in popularity due to a technology breakthrough offering wider snow skis and lighter equipment.
At Valmalenco Alpina we will teach you the basic off-piste techniques and safety skills required to stay safe in the backcountry, to guide you through technically challenging terrain.
We make trial courses of the duration of 1 day that allow beginners to learn the basic off-piste skiing and safety skills, as well as weekend workshops (the next one is 14 - 15 February 2020) that will allow you to improve your existing skills and look at more detailed skiing techniques to improve your ascent and descent skills. We are located in Valmalenco Valley, have easy access to the Swiss and Italian Alps, looking for the best locations and positions, in order to offer you a wide selection of new locations to explore. We also run international travel trips around the world each winter covering new and exciting locations.
