Ski mountaineering in Central Alps - 1 day or workshop

The Central Alps offer an incredible environment for powder snow seekers. Let me guide you through these uncrowded and wild landscapes and discover places you never imagined! Our adventure will start in the Valmalenco Valley which is located in the Italian region of Lombardy, bordering Switzerland. Thanks to its convenient location, we’ll have easy access to both the Swiss and Italian Alps and will explore the spectacular fresh and deep powder of these two regions. We propose tours in Valtellina (especially High Valtellina) and Bernina group (4049m), this peak is the highest mountain in Valmalenco and in the central Alp.
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced skier, this tour will teach you a range of skills that are essential to staying safe off-piste. Beginners will learn the basic off-piste and safety skills whereas more experienced skiers will have the chance to focus on more detailed skiing techniques to take them to a whole new level. You will have a wide variety of places to explore and I will be there every step of the way to make sure you acquire and apply everything you've learned. My activity is scheduled on a single day (full course) or on a workshop. It's an intense weekend on the snow where we will learn the basic concepts in different aspects (uphill and downhill technique, safety, material and equipment .. .). Next workshop 1-2 february 2020
