The lesson is dedicated to complete beginners, with no experience at all.
The group lesson consists of 2,5 hours per day over 5 consecutive days.
A total of 12,5 hours will give the taste of skiing and enjoy the unique panorama of Morzine/Les Gets/Avoriaz mountains !
During the week we will go over materials, learn how to snowplough, how to stop and accelerate, and eventually, how to bring the skis closer together during the run !
Lesson will be focused on learning techniques with simple tricks, build confidence run after run and last but not least, have fun !
How long does it take adults to learn to ski?
When it comes to skiing, there is no set timeline.
The learning process is largely determined by the student's motivation, physical fitness and preparation. Every student is different, with their own unique learning curve.
As a rule, after 2/3 days of lessons a beginner should be able to independently link snow plough turns on the green slopes. After 5/7 days, the student will typically be able to tackle the (easy) blue slopes on their own.
I cannot stress the importance of pre- and post-lesson practice enough.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, putting the concepts learned during your ski lessons into practice will help make your movements more natural and ensure consistent progress.
The lesson takes place if the group reaches a minimum of 6 students only.
The maximum number of beginners accepted is 8.

SKI LESSON INCLUDES:
1) VIDEO footage to analyze good and bad habits. On the way up with lifts, it is an opportunity to see and analyze the videos, to improve body movements for your next run.
2) In the evening, a COMPLETE ANALYSIS of the videos is prepared to highlight the necessary technical improvements and exercises to be practiced. I will be available for questions and clarifications.
3) During the season, ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL and educational tips are available by submitting LIVE videos and photo shoots. Continuous training is offered to my students.
4) WIRELESS RADIO: two-way communication, hands-free, range 500 meters, to improve communication and technique LIVE with time optimization.
Ski instructor fully qualified in Italy (Diploma di Maestro di Sci), Federal Coach 1st level (Allenatore Federale 1° livello) and France (Moniteur National de Ski Alpin - Brevet d'État d'Éducateur Sportif).
