The Via ferrata delle Trincee is a beautiful via ferrata that runs along the Padon ridge, surrounded by the most beautiful mountains of the Dolomites and in front of the spectacular ice of Marmolada, the highest peak in the Dolomites.
The first part of the via ferrata (about 50 metres) is vertical and technical, and then winds along a beautiful and very panoramic ridge. Sella, Sallolungo, Tofane, Sasso della Croce, Marmolada will watch over all our passes and we can admire their beauty and majesty. A suspended bridge will also give the via ferrata that extra touch of emotion.
After a short transfer by path, we will head to the second part of the via ferrata, where we will walk on the Austrian trenches built during the First World War and we will also pass through a long tunnel.
A long and demanding via ferrata, but that will give unique emotions even to the most experienced!
