Not to be missed hike in Alpe Devero discovering alpine lakes, panoramic valleys, larch forests and the wonderful nature of Val d'Ossola in Northern Piedmont. This itinerary starts from the beautiful location of Alpe Devero, where we will begin our climb into a wonderful larch forest. We will reach a lovely mountain pasture where we will have the chance to discover and admire most of the peaks of Devero Great East on the border with Val Formazza and Switzerland. With a more decisive walk we will reach Lago Nero, a small and hidden alpine lake within the larch forest. In this wonderful place we will have our well-deserved break. We will descend following an alternative trail: We will reach the wide and panoramic Val Buscagna and we go back to Alpe Devero following a panoramic path.
