Climbing a wall utilizing only the strength of your body and a rope for safety: this is the goal of sport climbing.
Who can participate? Everybody: from the beginner that has never climbed before and wants to try this activity for the first time, to the expert who wants to improve his climbing technique.
We will start with a briefing about the gear we are going to use and the safety rules we must attend; we will then climb on a variety of walls in order to learn the proper technique.
This proposal is made mainly for beginners: the purpose is to give them the possibility to experience this wonderful activity in the safest and correct way.
