The first phase coincides with the practice of hiking. We are getting ready to enter the cave after a trek in this special corner of the Lucanian Apennines, so we can enjoy the special perspective of those who walk slowly and with their feet on the ground.
The second phase is caving. Equipped with a helmet, a caving guide will be with us. For the progression in the cave, for the chosen segment, you don't need the use of ropes or harness.
