- Bike Check and Setup (get to know your bike better)
- Improve basic position and active position
- Improve balance and stability on the bike
- Effective and nature-compatible braking
- Trail climbing and descending
- Tackle the first tight corners
- Safely overcoming obstacles such as roots, gutters and steps
