We meet in the late afternoon for a comprehensive and instructive avalanche talk. There I will explain all basics to you, with videos and a lecture I will explain the important avalanche topics to you and you can ask me your questions in a small group and in a comfortable frame. The next day we start together on a short ski tour. Already during the tour I will inform you about the avalanche situation, danger signs, etc. At a suitable place we will dedicate ourselves extensively to the correct handling of our avalanche safety equipment and practise this properly and repeatedly, so that in the future you alone master every situation; also the route planning will be a part of this course. An absolute must for all tour beginners, but also certainly advantageous for all veterans...
