Ortles 3905m Via Normale

Ortles is the highest peak of South Tyrol and of all the Alps to the east of Bernina. It is a mighty and majestic mountain, adorned with glaciers on all its slopes. There are many ways to climb to the summit, all of which are very demanding, both for the difference in height and from a technical point of view. Even the normal route, which climbs from the north, despite being the easiest technically, is absolutely not to be underestimated as it is varied, sometimes exposed, dangerous in some places on the glacier because of the clamps and crevasses, as well as the slope. It offers breathtaking views from any side.
