1° day: Transfer from Tehran to Rudehen (about 1 hrs), then to Irra and Lar natural park BY 4WD cars possible for carrying the bikes as well (about 2 hrs). You can start your mountain biking from here to middle of natural park and arrive the first river (2 hrs by bike) with the support car. Then go to DIV ASYAB fountain ( 2-3 hrs by bike). Overnight in camp.
2° day: Transfer from camp place to Rinneh mountain village (3 hrs by car) and ready for reach the Damavand base camp by bike (about 3 hrs). Overnight in base camp.
3° day: Transfer from base camp to Rinneh mountain village and great natural hot water of Larijan for relaxing.
