Everything about Claudio was fabulous, I would not have managed without him, my 1:1 for 2 days was absolutely what I needed.
Firstly he gave me confidence, self belief and I felt he was totally in control even when I felt petrified. His patience and tone was solid even when irrationality overwhemled me.
The other days he worked with my children, my son is 10yrs and never skied, where he is at now after 2 days is phenomenal, Claudio also improved my daughters skiing and developed her confidence.
I felt at ease and safe. My children had a great time with him.
As a family we fully recommend Claudio and he most definitely enhanced our first family skiing holiday.
