The Selvaggio Blu is a different trek than what we are used to. The coast of Baunei, which overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea in the central part of Sardinia, is accessible by land only on foot, along stretches of ancient paths and mule tracks built by goat shepherds and charcoal burners.

Voraussetzungen:
Ability to adapt to outdoor camping and sharing within the group. Good balance, self-control, mountain walking technique. Adequate physical endurance and training (we recommend preparation with a weekly long trek -at least 1000 m in altitude -and a couple of short sessions of intense mountain walking (or running / biking).
