Unforgettable 3 days trekking through the stony heart of the central massif of the Picos de Europa (known as ´Los Urrieles´). Our group will hike from hut to hut, passing two nights in the mountains and walking across the most spectacular places of this part of the National Park. On our way, we will try to climb some summits above the 2.500 m (all optional). This round trip will start (and end) at the Fuente Dé glacier cirque. The first day is an easy walk up to the hut of Collado Jermoso, known for its unbeatable location and its beautiful sunsets. Those who want more action will have the chance (that afternoon) to climb to the Torre de la Palanca. The second day is a very exciting -and intense- day, going through high mountain passes, doing some scrambling, and with the possibility to climb two mountains (Torre del Llambrión and Torre de los Horcados Rojos). After descending along ´the cable´ we, finally, arrive at the Vega de Urriellu, where we will pass the second night (at the hut on the foot of the impressive and unique Pico Urriellu). This day will be unforgettable! The first part of the third day is dominated by the awesome mass of the Pico Urriellu, which we will surround almost completely. From the high pass of Collada Bonita we start the way back to the start point. But we still have Peña Vieja summit in the programme!! At the end of the day, we join the most touristic route before we go down with the Cableway of Fuente Dé, a deserved relaxing end of the trekking.
