Ronda is one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. Its location, ´hanging´ at the edges of a gorge and cliffs, is one of the most special ones of the entire country. Its ancient monumental centre (with more than two thousand years of history) is full of very interesting places. Our suggested activity offers you a unique and very special way to discover this jewel of Andalucia. There are two via ferrata's built at the rocky walls of the city, at one of the most incredible settings of Ronda, with direct close views to the gorge and cliffs, and the impressive ´New Bridge´, one of the most known constructions of Spain. The Via Ferrata is the most original way to admire this place. We will climb the two via ferratas. The first one is just an easy K1, a touchdown with the technical equipment and techniques of progression. After that, we will go to the second via ferrata, K2, just a little bit more complicated (with a short overhang and a vertical section), enough to ´feel´ what the via ferrata is about. The upper part will offer us the opportunity to enjoy these special views of the city, like no other visitors have the chance to see it. This via ferrata is perfect for beginners.
