Ski-Pulk Greenland expedition

This magnificent journey will take us to the southwest coast of Greenland. About 100 km north of the Arctic Circle, we will make one of the greatest journeys on the planet: the Arctic Circle Trail. This route links the small settlement of Kangerlussuaq and the second-largest city in Greenland, Sisimiut.

The trail extends from the edge of the ice sheet to the shores of the Davis Strait, north of the Labrador Sea. Its fascinating landscapes are fabulous places to be dazzled by the sight of the ever-spectacular Northern Lights.

The only cities we will find are located at the beginning and end of the road, which means that we will make this journey in self-sufficiency, taking in our sledges all the food and survival equipment needed to make this expedition. With the exception of a few wooden cabins and a bridge over the river, the route does not offer any luxuries, giving us the feeling of being on a real adventure and exploration expedition.

Reindeer, small arctic foxes and hares can be seen during the trip. In addition, we will be able to approach and know a little of the Inuit culture, since it is very probable to cross with some hunter who crosses these places with his traditional sleigh thrown by dogs.

There's a saying in Greenland that says, "The weather is the boss." The weather is changeable and can go from sunny days to stormy days that force us to stay cooped up in our tents. A positive and flexible attitude, necessary for this kind of adventure, will help us to fully enjoy this expedition. This time of year temperatures can vary from -15ºC to -25ºC and we will enjoy 11 to 12 hours of natural light.

Dare to come to the land of the Inuit with Pas Ferm Arctic Mountains.
