Queyras, a protected area located in the French Hautes Alpes, has positioned itself for many years in the segment of sustainable tourism. In addition to the grandiose natural spaces, characterized by imposing mountains of over three thousand meters (the highest, the Monviso, exceeds 3800 meters), forests, alpine lakes, characteristic mountain pastures and rich vegetation and fauna, in Queyras there are also 8 villages. mountain, very well preserved, which survived the building speculation that characterized the tourist development of other Alpine valleys. The program includes four daily excursions to discover this interesting region.

DAILY PROGRAM
G1 - Lac Miroir (Ceillac)
Travel by car to Ceillac. Departure from Pied du Melezet (1700 m).
Classic snowshoeing in the woods to the splendid Lac Miroir (2200 m), in front of the Pointe de la Saume and the Pics de la Font Sancte. Return by the same route. (4:00 hours walk, uphill difference in height 550 m). Overnight in refuge.
G2 - Hameaux de Cristillan
Starting from the village of Ceillac (1650 m), you go up the beautiful Cristillan valley, touching numerous huts along the pleasant and easy route, up to the Cabane from La Lavine (2156 m). View on the Peovou and the Roche Noire. Return by the same route. (5:30 hours walk, uphill altitude difference 600 m). Overnight in refuge.
G3 - The de Fontantie page and the Sommet Bucher
Transfer by car to the village of Montbardon (1500 m). Climb through a beautiful coniferous forest to the Fontantie pasture (2247 m). Descend into a valley and then go up the other side to Cal Col des Pres de Fromage. From here, you can quickly reach the panoramic Sommet Bucher, with a splendid 360 ° view. Return via the outward route. (6:00 hours, altitude difference uphill 900 m). Moving to the town of Brunissard. Overnight on etape tours.
G4 - Chalets de Clapeyto
Classic excursion in a spectacular setting. From Brunissard (1750 m), you climb the valley floor first in the woods and then through the pastures of le Pre Premiere. Once you reach the chalets you can continue to Col de Neal (2509 m). From here you return to the chalets with a circular route, and then go down the outward route (5:00 hours, altitude difference uphill 750 m). Return to Milan
