My name is Mara, I am 28 years old and I was born and grew up in a village close to the town of Belluno, surrounded by the Dolomites, UNESCO Heritage since 2009.
I am a Tour Leader in Northern Italy and an Hiking Guide in the Dolomites.
I started hiking with my family when I was a child and from that moment I started loving the mountain and its nature, colors, culture, habits and traditions.
I started traveling first with my family and then with my boyfriend. The more I was visiting other beautiful countries and places, the more I understood how lucky I was to be born in such a wonderful and unique area.
I studied Economics and Management at the University and worked for 4 years in the administration and export sales departments. But my strong passion and love for nature, culture, history and traditions pushed me to quit my former job and study to get the official licenses to become a tour leader and an hiking guide.
