DAY 1
Airport – Kala Nera village
Meet your guide at the airport. Transfer to the hotel which is located in the village of Kala Nera, 30 km away from Volos city, Greece. Overnight stay in Kala Nera.
DAY 2
Kala Nera – Lechonia – Agios Lavrentios – Agios Vlasios – Agios Georgios
Transfer from Kala Nera to Lechonia. It’s time to begin our hike to Agios Lavrentios village, famous for its picturesque square. We continue our walk inside the small gorge between Agios Lavrentios and Agios Vlasios villages. After, we traverse until Agios Georgios village with the fantastic view of the Pagasetic Gulf. Lunch. Transfer to Kala Nera by minibus and overnight stay there.
DAY 3
Vizitsa – Milies – Ksourichti – Tsangarada – Damouchari
We cross Mount Pelion from the West to the East and from the Pagasetic Gulf to the Aegean Sea. We start walking for about 5 minutes until we meet the traditional path, heading to the picturesque village of Milies. We then head to Ksourichti village via the forest road, we continue our hike to Tsangarada village, we have lunch in a traditional tavern. Overnight stay in a traditional hotel in Damouchari.
DAY 4
Damouchari – Fakistra – Damouchari
Hike to Fakistra beach, famous for its crystal-clear water. In the afternoon we walk along the same path to Damouchari. Overnight in a traditional hotel in Damouchari.
DAY 5
Damouchari – Agios Ioannis – Kissos – Chania
From Damouchari to Agios Ioannis village. Agios Ioannis’s famous beach, Papa Nero, is on our way. On our route, we will pass Mouresi village and we will enjoy a coffee. Next stop – Kissos village, where we have our lunch in a traditional tavern. Overnight in hotel at Chania.
DAY 6
Chania – Makrinitsa
We follow the path that Centaurs used to take according to Greek mythology, who were half men half horses. This leads us to the village of Portaria and then we continue along the road to graphical Makrinitsa. Overnight in a traditional hotel at Makrinitsa.
DAY 7
Makrinitsa – Ano Volos
We arrive at Volos center, following the path, according to Greek mythology, that the Centaurus used to take where we end our trekking trip. Overnight in a hotel in Volos.
