E-biking on the Appian Way

During this 20 km e-bike tour, suitable for all, we're gonna plunge into nature and in 3000 years of history cycling along the "Regina Viarum", to touch the stones of thousand years old walls, and the cobblestones of the Appian Way. Our e-bike tour, on top-end pedal-assist e-bikes, through the ancient Roman history will start in Via degli Annibaldi, 2, which is close to the Colosseum, just a few steps from Cavour metro station and 10 minutes walk from Termini central train station. From there we will reach the Circus Maximus, the ruins of Caracalla's Thermal Baths and, passing through the ancient Roman Walls we will proceed in the quiet atmosphere of the Roman countryside to reach the Ancient Appian Way, where we'll stop for a breakfast. Passing by St. Callisto and St. Sebastiano Catacombs, the ruins of Circus of Massenzio, and the mausoleum Tomb of Cecilia Metella, you'll better have your camera ready!
Before cycling back we will have the chance to admire the spectacular architecture of the ancient aqueducts, drink some water from the legendary Egeria Water spring and immerse into the surprisingly untouched nature of the Caffarella Park.
