Großglockner 3.798 m - Top of Austria

Climb the highest peak in Austria! A very diversified climb over the normal-way from Kals. Starting from the Stüdlhut with lovely alpine trekking terrain and some glacier terrain which leads us to the Adlersruhe-hut which is the highest of the eastern alps. That's where we spend the night. After the breakfast in the morning, we gonna start just behind the hut with crampons over a steeper entrance part which is called the "Glocknerleitl" after this one we reach easy scrambling terrain which leads us to an exposed ridge. Following this one we are arriving at the most famous peak in Austria. Here we enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding peaks all the way to the Dolomites and get ready to descent back down again.
