You take the Jungfrau railway to the Jungfraujoch, Top of Europe, where we meet at 9.40 am at the coffee bar. After you get your climbing equipment we walk 45 minutes to the beginning of the Mönch southeast ridge. Here we form a rope party and start the climb. The ridge is very varied and leads us over snow, ice and rocks. Soon we reach the pre-summit which is already higher than 4000m. From here it's not far anymore but the ridge gets very narrow and exposed. But with the help of your mountain guide its not too bad to pass. On the summit, we have a little break and enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Swiss Alps. After that, we return to the Jungfraujoch and take the train back to the valley.
