Our BIKE program designed exclusively for women, all women mountain bikers are welocme! This course is aimed at women for whom the fun of mountain biking as well as a relaxed and easy atmosphere for a perfect course must not be missing. In peace and quiet, without pressure and without men you can fully concentrate on yourself. In our basic and advanced courses you learn step by step the basics and the modern riding technique of mountain biking. We move in adapted terrain and show you the necessary riding techniques to be able to master the bike safely. We will also focus on how to deal with stress situations on the trail, and through individual feedback in the form of video analysis and individual corrections, you will be able to improve and develop yourself personally.
