Mountain bike excursion from Cesano, in the beautiful scenery of Lake Martignano, not far from Rome, with the option if you wish of train plus bike:
It is a tour that does not present any particular difficulty, on secondary roads, mainly dirt roads with a good surface; it follows a return stretch and a trail around Lake Martignano, with the possibility to go down to the beach (it is worth it) and also with a view of Lake Bracciano.
