Ascension to the "King of Stone" along the Via Normale, a classic itinerary that winds along the tormented South face.
Day 1: in the afternoon, climb about 2 hours and 30 minutes to the Quinti Sella Refuge, where you stay (+ 600m).
2nd day: we leave before dawn from the hut, cross the Sagnette pass and enter the long Vallone delle Forciolline, passing by the Andreotti bivouac to enter the heart of the wall. Looking for the simplest itinerary, go up the ledges and the easy climbing up the whole wall.
A final traverse leads to the eastern ridge and soon reaches the summit (4.30 hours approximately, + 1200m).
