Txindoki is one of the most emblematic mountains situated in the Basque Country. Starting in Larraitz (409 m), it's almost a 1000 meters hike up but its beauty and landscape make everyone forget all about the way. Besides, it's located in a traditional shepherd area and that gives the hikers the choice to visit the traditional cheese production hut, a place where you can also buy fresh cheese, either on the way to the top or on the way back.
