I provide mountain training and expedition leadership in the UK and overseas, in summer and winter conditions. I run most of the courses myself, or with additional help from a few friends in the outdoor business who are good at coaching skills, and helping people to reach their goals. Expeditions in recent years have visited the trekking peaks of Nepal, and expedition peaks of China.
